electronic commerce through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security, protecting both shoppers and merchants while sensitive information is in transit over the Internet and we guarantee all purchases against credit-card fraud.
Just like a physical store, wireacake.com provides you with a shopping cart. Once you
have made your delicious cake selections simply click the
button marked "add to your shopping cart."
From there, you will begin the basic ordering
process. The item will remain in your cart and you can always remove the item later if you
change your mind.

Please note our bakers have their own style and decorating techniques that may vary in appearance from the cakes pictured -- rest assured our team of decorators take the utmost pride in their work
For multiple cake orders please complete a separate order for each new recipient's address.

There is an additional service fee of $10.00 that will be added to orders for Canadian delivery. This will be added by our staff when your order is processed after your order has been accepted through the shopping cart.
Deliveries are made in the morning between 9.00-12.00 noon or early afternoon between 12.00-3.00pm. Our bakers do attempt to call the recipient of a RESIDENTIAL delivery to confirm a 2 hour window for delivery. They try to be discreet so as not to spoil the surprise. Orders that are delivered to a residence should not be left at the door due to the fact that the cakes are fresh and subject to the outdoor elements. We do make exceptions if you specify however this removes us of any further responsibility for the cake..

Orders placed on Saturday for Monday delivery will be considered "Next Day Orders". Most cities delivery days are Monday through Saturday, please note that in major cities Saturday deliveries not available click here to see list.

We do not deliver cakes through a shipping carrier where tracking numbers are provided allowing for packages to be followed en route. If there
is any difficulty with your delivery the bakery will notify us and we inturn will be in touch with you. Rest assured your sweet gift will be delivered as you direct and your confirmation will be from the happy recipient!
We do not offer diabetic cakes.
There are thousands of bakers in our network that use traditional recipes and we cannot accomodate the request.
Allergy Information: The batters may contain milk, wheat, soy and or egg ingredients.The cakes were produced in bakery kitchens where peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans and or walnuts could have been.

5 BUSINESS days notice preferred. Orders submitted with less notice will be charged $5.00 rush fee and there is the chance the baker's schedule will not accomodate the request. If the order can not be fulfilled you will be notified by email and the credit card will be voided.
IF BAKER CAN ACCOMODATE NEXT DAY ORDERS Flat fee $10.00 to be added:
orders MUST BE PLACED BY 12:00 noon local time.
Next Day OrderingPlease note that most bakers have a few extra freshly baked cakes for walk-ins. We will do our best to fill your Next Day Order as you have directed, however, it may be necessary that we make a substitution of a different flavor, frosting or filling in order to provide your special recipient with a cake for the occasion. If you would rather that NO cake be delivered if your choice is not available,YOU MUST SPECIFY "NO SUBSTITUTION" in the ..."Special instructions/comments if any"... portion of the order form that follows in the checkout process. Your order will be cancelled and you will be sent an email notification.

Cancellations within 24hours of the delivery date are subject to the complete cake charge.
Cakes through our service are decorated per your instructions and they are considered custom orders.
You have our GUARANTEE that we stand behind our quality bakeries.
If you are not satisfied with a cake you must contact us within 48 hrs of the delivery date.
