Delivery and Ordering Assistance:

Deliveries are made according to the USPS Carrier schedule. Orders that are delivered to a residence may be left at the door per the discretion of the USPS Carrier. If the Carrier does not feel it is safe to leave the package then a note will be left with further instructions for the recipient to follow.

We do provide a USPS link and confirmation number where information is provided for tracking the package. If there is any difficulty with your delivery the Carrier will document this and you will be able to access this on the USPS site. Rest assured your sweet gift will be delivered as you direct and your confirmation will be from the happy recipient!

We do not offer diabetic cakes. Allergy Information: The batters may contain milk, wheat, soy and or egg ingredients.The cakes were produced in bakery kitchens where peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans and or walnuts could have been.

5 BUSINESS days notice preferred. Orders submitted with less notice maybe charged $5.00 rush fee. If the order can not be fulfilled you will be notified by email and the credit card will be voided.

Cancellations:

Cancellations within 24hours of the delivery date are subject to the complete cake charge. Cakes through our service are decorated per your instructions and they are considered custom orders.

Refunds:

• 1. Priority Mail itself does not have a guarantee.
• 2. Priority Mail is a non-refundable service.
• 3. Transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints.
• 4. Coverage is not provided for consequential losses, delay, spoilage of perishable items or prohibited articles.
